back from japan

Hello! I'm finally back from Tokyo. Unemployed, tired, and somewhat unmotivated, lol. I've had all the time in the world to blog to be honest, but I mostly slept due to jet lag and, oh i don't know, just dick around. It wasn't until yesterday that I was going through some gaijins' blogs that I felt a spark of motivation.

My trip was fairly nice, despite the fact that I was annoyed most of the time and  I also didn't do as much shopping as last year, since I still have to pay for a lot of stuff once I was back, and only bought what REALLY caught my eye. It was difficult, but I was able to surpass it! After all, I'll be back in October if everything goes as I planned. HOPEFULLY.

I mostly spent my time around Harajuku, Shibuya and the Asakusa area where our hotel was. First off, the scenery was beautiful with skytree next door and the place was very calm and quiet. At night, if we weren't too exhausted, we'd stop by a local bar where we met plenty of nice japanese and foreign people. Everyone was great and seriously treated me like a celebrity. It definitely boosted my ego especially because I feel so ugly in Japan lol (srsly so many beautiful girls!) and being called 'kawaii' over and over made me soo happy and grateful to meet such wonderful people. XD In the end, I didn't get shitfaced because that really isn't me.

On one of those days, we took a train to Saitama for the GazettE's 11th anniversary at Saitama Super Arena. The live was absolutely beautiful as usual and holy fuck, there was FIREWORKS. INSIDE THE ARENA. Fire, sparks, collapsing racks, I was in shock, lol. We all were. The live resulted in a half broken neck and they played many many good songs which resulted in me sobbing at their last song. I'm still debating on whether or not I should write a live report.

Maid cafes, shopping, rock concers, bars, cat cafes, blisters on my toes lol, Tokyo was great to me and I really can't wait to go back. Now for a picture spam~

I also visited the Jeffrey Campbell boutique and bought some pink Audreys, shoes i've been DYING to get but they didn't have my size online. Next I'm planning on getting some galaxy print litas but they haven't stocked up online. I'm not a fan of galaxy print anything but these litas definitely caught my attention, and I need them in my life.
